We are delighted to announce that Frank Peter Zimmermann, one of the most important violinists of our time, will once again be exclusively represented by the KünstlerSekretariat am Gasteig in Germany from September 1, 2025.
For over four decades, Frank Peter Zimmermann has been thrilling audiences worldwide with his unpretentious musicality, technical brilliance, and intellectual depth. He is a musician of the highest integrity and expressiveness—a celebrated soloist with the most renowned orchestras in Europe, America, and Asia.
Zimmermann will continue to perform internationally in the 2025/26 season: with the Berliner Philharmoniker, the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre de Paris, the Concertgebouw Orchestra, the Filarmonica della Scala, and many other leading orchestras, including in Asia, in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. He performs chamber music with Dmytro Choni in Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Vienna.
Zimmermann's award-winning discography covers almost the entire violin repertoire – from Bach to Ligeti. With the Zimmermann Trio, together with Antoine Tamestit and Christian Poltéra, he has also set new standards in the field of chamber music.
We are very much looking forward to continuing our long-standing collaboration with Frank Peter Zimmermann, whom Harald Eggebrecht of the Süddeutsche Zeitung described years ago as the “violinist of the century” – and to many more joint projects!
