Magda Dybiec was born and raised in Łódź, Poland, where she studied music education and choral conducting. She gained her first practical experience in music management from 2009, first in the artistic operations office of the Arthur Rubinstein Philharmonic Orchestra in Łódź and then in the artistic team of the Verbier Festival. In 2019, Magda moved to the agency side for the first time at IMG Artists' London office. After an exciting time as a project manager at MünchenMusik, she is drawn back to the agency world to join the team of KünstlerSekretariat at Gasteig.

In her free time, she plays the flute and piano and relaxes by cycling along the Isar river or cooking dishes from all over the world.
