Even as a little girl, Anne Katrin Bilodeau enthusiastically accompanied her father to the opera. Her passion for music in general and singing in particular was awakened. After her first visit to the Bayreuth Festival, it was clear that this passion would become a career. She studied drama and musicology in Bayreuth and Berlin. While still a student, she worked at the Bayreuth Festival, the European Music Festival in Stuttgart, and at several major opera houses before joining the team at the Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin. After gaining initial experience in artist management at the agency Weigold and Böhm, International Artists and Tours, Anne Bilodeau took over the orchestra management of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra and later became head of the artistic operations office and production of the Richard Strauss Festival. Most recently, in addition to her work as a freelance artist and event manager, she was the head of project management for the events of PIN. Freunde der Pinakothek der Moderne e.V.. Since February 2023 she is part of the team of the KünstlerSekretariat am Gasteig. Music also plays a central role in her private life. As well as her family, contemporary art, travel and good food. She finds relaxation in yoga practice or in nature with kitesurfing, snowboarding and hiking.
